How it runs
Architecture reviews are fixed-price and take two weeks. Legacy work starts with a Discovery Sprint, then a staged plan with a fixed quote per stage. The old system keeps running until each replacement piece is proven.
What it costs
Architecture review £2,400 fixed. Migration and DevOps from £6,700 per sprint or on retainer. Staged modernisation programmes typically cost £18,000–£70,000 over several months.
