What things cost
Most firms make you sit through two meetings before they’ll give you a number. Here are ours, and what moves a project up or down within each range. No VAT is charged: Cloud MSD Ltd isn’t VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Free consultation
You talk to Mohsin, the engineer who’d lead your project. We’ll tell you whether we’re a good fit, roughly what it costs, and occasionally that you don’t need us at all.

Discovery Sprint
A plain-English specification, the architecture, a prototype where it helps, and a fixed quote for the build. You own all of it, even if you take it to another supplier.

Build
Working software demoed at the end of every sprint. Priorities can change between sprints, and you always know what the next one costs before it starts.

Run
Monitoring, patching, named response times and small improvements shipped every month.

The UK market for this seniority runs at roughly £900–£1,400 a day. We price below that deliberately while we build our base of named clients.

A comparable UK agency pod bills £25,000–£40,000 a sprint. Our engineers are senior members of an established delivery team working outside the UK and led from inside it. That’s the whole business model, and we’d rather tell you than have you work it out.

An operations platform for a supported-accommodation provider: tenancies, rent tracking with Universal Credit and council workflows, reconciliation, compliance and dashboards. Around 50 hours a week saved and rent arrears down 30%. Projects of this shape typically cost £6,000–£12,000 over 4–6 weeks.

Delivery scales through our partner engineering team, senior developers he has led for years, including on a regulated, PCI DSS-compliant card-payments platform. It isn’t a marketplace arrangement. Contract
Your agreement is with Cloud MSD Ltd, a UK limited company, under English law.
Data protection
GDPR applies to everything we do. Where your data must stay in the UK or EEA, it stays there, agreed in writing per project.

Code lives in your repositories from day one and documentation is a deliverable. Nothing about your project lives only in one person’s head.
