A growing supported-accommodation business ran on spreadsheets, memory and WhatsApp. Rent tracking across Universal Credit and council payments, compliance certificates, maintenance, inspections and council tenders were all handled separately.
A single platform for rooms, tenants and tenancy agreements; monthly rent tracking with Universal Credit and council workflows, including staged arrears escalation; a payments log reconciled against the bank; maintenance, inspections, incidents and compliance; a placements CRM for councils and tender frameworks; automated reminders; and live management dashboards.
Built on a low-code platform because it was the right tool: quicker to build, cheap to run, and the client’s own staff can change it. Projects like this typically cost £6,000–£12,000 over 4–6 weeks.

Northbridge Bank name changed
A WooCommerce plugin that lets shoppers pay straight from their bank account through the bank’s Open Banking API. Built in two-week sprints and tested against the bank’s sandbox scenarios, with change requests managed through the bank’s access process.
ModaCurve Online Ltd name changed
A CRM on top of the retailer’s nopCommerce shop, bringing enquiries from several channels, cases, courier deliveries and returns, refunds, a knowledge base and reminders into one place, in several languages.
PulseForge Fitness Ltd name changed
APIs behind separate member and trainer apps (workouts, heart rate, sleep and equipment data), hardware integrations, a responsive admin dashboard, and a game that links a spin bike to an open-world 3D game.
Alto Fulfilment Group Ltd name changed
Replaced back-office work done in Excel with one responsive system covering master data, stock, deliveries, shipping, role-based dashboards, reports, and Excel import and export.
GlobalLink Services Ltd name changed
Customer, transfer and payment records with search and filtering, a two-stage migration of data from the legacy system, and a design that went through to version 2.0.
TravelSure Diagnostics Ltd name changed
An online booking site with templated negative, positive and unclear result certificates, each signed off by a registered clinician.
Westbridge Education Trust name changed
A staged application portal with age checks, medical and reference sections, vaccination-proof upload, and AI-assisted passport and photo processing.

SwiftPay Technologies name changed
Led a 12-person onshore and offshore team migrating a live, PCI DSS-compliant platform covering card machines, payment links, Open Banking and Direct Debit from a monolith to AWS serverless, with Open Banking launched alongside cards.
SecurePass Gateway name changed
Led development and design of a platform for airport identity, pre-employment vetting and ID-pass management, covering applicant processing, document checks, references, security vetting and pass workflows.
