Cloud MSD Ltd ("we") is registered in England & Wales, company no. 11878049, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you contact us we collect the details you provide: name, email, company, and the description of your project. We use them to respond to your enquiry — our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Enquiries are received at hello@cloudmsd.com and stored in our CRM. Where a project involves our partner engineering team outside the UK, access to personal data is governed by written agreement and limited to what the project requires. Where data must stay in the UK/EEA, it stays.
We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time: hello@cloudmsd.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
