Daisy Soft — operations platform for Ravens North Investment Limited

The problem: a growing supported-accommodation business run on spreadsheets, memory and WhatsApp — rent tracking across Universal Credit and council payments, compliance certificates, maintenance, inspections, and council tender opportunities, all disconnected.

What we built: a single operations platform covering rooms, tenants and tenancy agreements; monthly rent tracking with UC and council workflows including staged arrears escalation; a payments log with batch reconciliation; maintenance, inspections, incidents and compliance tracking; a placement CRM for councils and tender frameworks; automated reminders; and live management dashboards.

The outcome: around 50 hours a week saved on tenant management, and rent arrears down 30%.

Delivered on a low-code platform because that was the right tool: faster to build, cheap to run, and the client's own staff can adjust it. Projects of this shape typically run £6,000–£12,000 over 4–6 weeks.
