Free consultation — 30 minutes
You talk to Mohsin — the engineer who'd lead your project, not a salesperson. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, roughly what your idea costs, and occasionally that you don't need us at all.
Discovery Sprint — 2 weeks, £2,400 fixed
You get a written specification in plain English, the technical architecture, a clickable prototype or working proof-of-concept where it makes sense, and a fixed quote for the build. You own all of it. If you take that quote to another supplier, no hard feelings — a good spec makes everyone's quote cheaper.
Build — two-week sprints
Working software demoed every other Friday. Priorities can change between sprints — real projects learn as they go, and a process that pretends otherwise is lying to you. You'll always know what the next sprint costs before it starts.
Run — retainer, optional
Monitoring, patching, named response times, and small improvements shipped monthly. Tiers on the Support page.
Who actually does the work
Straight answer, because you should ask every firm this: Mohsin Shah leads every engagement personally — architecture, key decisions, quality, and your weekly contact. Delivery scales through our partner engineering team of senior developers — engineers Mohsin has led for years, including through the delivery and operation of a regulated, PCI DSS-compliant card-payments platform. This isn't a marketplace outsourcing arrangement; it's an established team working to the same sprint discipline, code review and release governance he ran in fintech.
